Is the exchange process safe?

Since all exchanges are made directly through the PokerStars main lobby, it is 100% safe for both parties. Once identical requests are submitted by the involved players, the exchange is automatically made and the cash will be in your account at that time.

I just won a satellite, how do I know if I have T$?

At the main lobby of PokerStars if you click on 'Requests' and drop down to 'Registered in Tournaments' this will have a list of events you are already in. Go to the tournament lobby for the event you just won a satellite to and click on unregister in the bottom left. The buyin for that event will be credited to your account, click on the cashier screen and the T$ will be displayed in the area below your personal information.

What are T$

T$ are won by qualifying for either of the $1.5 Million guaranteed tournaments held every Sunday with respective entry fees of 215. In addition to the $1.5 Million guaranteed tournament, if you win a satellite to any of the other online or live events on PokerStars, you can receive T$ when you unregister. If you unregister from the event which you win an entry to, your account is credited with the respective amount of T$.
